The facial menu runs from a 30-minute Tranquility Touch Up Facial that does not include extractions, to a 45-minute Clear Start Teen Facial for adolescent skin, to the 60-minute Tranquility Signature Facial, which starts at $125 and includes skin analysis, deep cleansing, mild exfoliation, extractions as needed, a face, neck and decollete massage, and a customized masque. Advanced options include a microcurrent treatment for sagging, wrinkles, and texture on the face and neck, a non-invasive Hydrafacial starting at $220, a Glo2Facial starting at $255, LuminFusion, microneedling, a regenerative exosome facial with a take-home serum, and a ZO peel. Facial treatments use products from Dermalogica and Image Skin Care. For advanced peels, the business advises avoiding retinoid prescriptions and waxing for seven days before and after, and wearing SPF 30 daily.

Massage options include relaxing sessions in 30, 45, 60, 90, and 120 minute lengths, with prices starting at $90 for 30 minutes, and deeper styles such as deep tissue, stone therapy, detox, and lymphatic drainage. The Tranquility Signature Massage, starting at $185, includes aromatherapy, hot stones, and a back treatment. Aromatherapy oils come in lavender, orange, bergamot, or peppermint, alone or combined. Haircuts start at $48 for children 12 and under, $52 for men, and $75 for a women's haircut and blowdry. Color pricing starts at $56 for add-on glaze and $152 for a full foil, with balayage from $177, and varies by stylist level, hair length and density, and technique. Color services include a complimentary consultation, and every cut and color includes a scalp massage. Color pricing does not include a haircut or blowdry, which must be booked separately. Stylists receive advanced training in the Grund Cutting System, which combines scissor and razor work, and the team holds continued education at least quarterly. New stylists join the Thrive Stylist program, which includes weekly education, a digital education hub, and a mentor stylist.

The studio is open Tuesday from 9am to 6pm, Wednesday from 9am to 8:30pm, Thursday from 9am to 7pm, Friday from 9am to 6pm, and Saturday from 8:30am to 5:30pm, and is closed Sunday and Monday. Clients are asked to check in at least 15 minutes before a treatment, and late arrivals do not receive an extended appointment. Cancellations or reschedules need 24 hours' notice to avoid a charge, and a credit card is required to hold a booking. Gratuity can be given in cash, by check, or through Venmo, but not by credit or debit card. Children are not permitted to accompany clients to their services. For lash and brow services, clients are asked to arrive without makeup on the brows or lashes.
