Co-owner Craig Kent is director of operations, overseeing daily operations and management of the clinic, and also serves as its Laser Safety Officer. Medical-grade skin care products used in facials are sold to clients, and staff can recommend products for home care.

The clinic is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and is closed Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays. Botox is priced per unit, with the total depending on the areas treated, and first-time Botox clients are booked for a follow-up about ten days later.

Medical-grade facials are customized to address acne, clogged pores, fine lines and signs of aging, and use ZO Skin Health and SkinScript products. Chemical peels are medical-grade peels for the face, neck or hands; most clients feel burning for about five to ten minutes, and recovery is similar to sunburn, with redness and scaling that ends within three to seven days. Massage options include the Phyto-PRO CBD therapeutic massage, a 60-minute blend of deep tissue and sports massage with CBD, priced at $110, and 80-minute Phyto-PRO sessions with Synergy Stones or a CBD full body wrap, each at $135.

Injections and major procedures at the clinic are carried out only by full-time physicians (MDs), never by nurses or other providers. Every treatment plan is built under a certified physician, and each plan is tailored to the individual client.
