The studio describes itself as clean, comfortable and relaxing. Full Face Wax covers the brows, lip, chin, cheeks and sideburns in about 45 minutes, and Full Leg Wax covers ankle to upper thigh, front and back, in about an hour.

The studio is open Tuesday through Thursday from 9 AM to 6 PM, Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 4 PM, and is closed on Mondays and Sundays. Appointments are reserved with a valid card, which is charged only if the cancellation or no-show policy applies. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made inside that window may be charged half the scheduled service, and no-shows are charged the full amount. Guests who arrive more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled, and it may count as a late cancellation if there is not enough time to safely complete the service.

Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings between $50 and $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Questions can be sent to Lex W through the contact form on the booking site.
