Booking is available online through the salon's booking platform. It is open Monday to Saturday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm and on Sunday from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm. Clients are asked to arrive on time, since late arrivals may receive shorter service or be rescheduled. Payment is due at the time of service, and cash, credit and debit cards, and electronic transfers are accepted. Any extra charges or upgrades are discussed before they go ahead, and only one type of discount can be used per visit.

If a problem with nails or toes is found within three days of the appointment, the client can return with the receipt for a free repair or touch-up. The warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage or poor aftercare. Changes requested after a look has been approved are charged as new services if they come within three days.
