Traditional Brows & Beauty was founded by Arpita Patel, who owns the salon and works there as an esthetician. The menu centers on hair removal and brow and lash work: threading, tinting, waxing, lash lifting and brow lamination. A facial menu is also listed on the booking page.

About

Threading removes individual hairs by twisting a thread across the skin, and the salon notes it does not affect the top layer of skin. The salon says the practice originated in Indian culture and has become more widespread in the United States.

Facials range from a fruit enzyme treatment and an O2 Lift to PCA and Image peels, dermaplaning and a shorter Mini Dermaplane Facial. A free, 15-minute in-person Peel Consultation is available, and the facial is booked separately. Clients are asked to stop retinol or other vitamin A products at least 5 to 7 days before PCA peels.

Threading and tinting walk-ins are accepted Monday and Thursday through Saturday from 10 am to 4 pm. The salon is open Tuesday through Friday from 10 am to 6 pm and Saturday from 10 am to 4 pm, and it is closed Sunday. Gift cards are sold, and new clients are asked to arrive five minutes early to complete an intake form.

The salon says it offers custom, personalized service to every client, using cosmetic formulas it describes as mostly organic and natural, non-toxic in its tints, and not tested on animals.
