Facials are built around the skin. The Customized Facial is tailored to the concerns a client describes, while the Hydrating and Deep Cleansing facials follow set steps, with the Deep Cleansing version swapping the massage for another service when extractions need the focus. Dermaplaning comes as a quick 55-minute express service or as a longer facial that adds steam, massage and LED light therapy. The Enzyme Glow Facial uses the PCA Oxygen trio of products and can be paired with dermaplaning.

For clients who want steady results over time, the studio offers packages for consistent skin care. Chemical peels are offered only to current clients and require practitioner approval, and pricing and the choice of peel are settled during a conversation. Procell Microchanneling begins with a complimentary consultation. Inquiries about peels can be made by call or text.

Booking policies are set out in advance. Clients are asked to cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before an appointment, and the first last-minute change carries no fee. A 10-minute grace period applies to late arrivals, and time beyond that is taken from the appointment. An appointment with no call or text within 10 minutes of its start is marked as a no-show, and rebooking afterward requires a $50 non-refundable deposit by Zelle or Venmo. Clients with three consecutive no-shows are no longer accommodated. Payment is accepted by Zelle, Venmo, cash, credit or debit card and Apple Pay, and e-gift cards are sold.

Treatments are tailored to the concerns a client shares, and the studio builds its facials around the skin's needs rather than a single fixed routine.
