Tracy Quattropani opened the salon in the Berlin community in 1994 and runs it today with her husband, Anthony Quattropani; both are Master Stylists and co-owners. Adam Litwinko joins them as a Senior Stylist, making a team of three.

Every service begins with a personalized consultation, and the salon says each service is tailored to the individual guest. New guests can ask for a phone consultation to be matched with a service and stylist, and are asked to send a current photo of their hair and any inspiration photos before the visit.

All services are by appointment, and a credit card is needed to secure a reservation. Listed prices are starting points: they reflect each stylist's experience level, advanced education, demand and the custom work a result requires. Extra charges may apply for extra time, exceptionally long or dense hair, or corrective services. Gift cards can be bought digitally or in physical form through an eGift portal. The salon is open Tuesday through Saturday and closed on Mondays.

Every service is customized to the guest, starting with a consultation to understand their goals and hair before any color or cut begins.
