Every new client can book a free aesthetic assessment with no commitment required. The business says it does not upsell or push unnecessary treatments and will not perform a treatment just because a client asks for it. New clients at Woodhaven begin with The Tox & Skin Experience, a full-face consultation covering facial structure, skin quality and concerns, which leads to a plan of skincare, targeted treatments and injectables. The Woodhaven location offers the full treatment menu, including laser services, while Trenton offers nearly the full menu, including neuromodulators, fillers, lip filler, facials, microneedling, IV infusions and wellness injections. Walk-ins are not accepted at either location, so clients book ahead, and weekend and evening visits are by appointment only.

Neuromodulators are offered with Botox, Dysport, Daxxify, Jeuveau and Xeomin. All five are priced the same at $12 per unit, with no brand-based upcharge. Lip flip uses about 6 to 10 units and lasts about 2.5 to 3 months. Dermal filler is priced at $650 per syringe and carries Restylane, RHA Collection, Revanesse Versa, Radiesse and Sculptra. Lip filler is hyaluronic acid-based and lasts about 12 to 18 months, depending on metabolism. Radiesse and Sculptra are biostimulators that stimulate the body's own collagen and usually take two to three sessions to start. Radiesse Gold combines a biostimulator with HA filler and a neuromodulator, and fillers and biostimulators can also be used on the neck, chest and knees.

Laser work uses BBL HEROic and MOXI, both powered by the mJOULE by Sciton platform. BBL HEROic and BBL HEROic with Forever Clear are offered for acne, and a combined MOXI and BBL HEROic plan can be given in one visit or spaced across sessions. MOXI is a fractional laser used for melasma, scarring and stretch marks. Laser hair removal uses the BBL platform on underarms, bikini area, legs and face. Microneedling is available as a single session at $500, or $1,250 for a package of three, and it includes a medical-grade booster such as PDO AfterGlo, PRP, AnteAGE Brightening or exosomes. The business recommends sessions four to six weeks apart and at least two weeks between microneedling and Botox.

The Tox & Skin Society Membership is a monthly deposit of $100 or $200 with no sign-up fee, and it works at both locations. Members receive 15% off services and medical-grade products, which brings neuromodulators to $10.20 per unit, fillers to $552 per syringe and a microneedling session to $425. Medical-grade skincare is sold from ZO Skin Health, Obagi, Alastin, Colorescience, Neocutis and the business's own Tox & Skincare line, with professional-grade HA hand cream and pigment-correcting skincare also offered. The Trenton location carries the full skincare range, and Woodhaven offers medical-grade skincare.

Woodhaven is open Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm, Wednesday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, and Friday from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm. Trenton is closed Monday and Thursday, and is open Tuesday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, Wednesday from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm, and Friday from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm.
