Visits begin with a consultation. Dr. Tower then builds a personal treatment plan that lays out the client's goals, a suggested schedule, the options available and space for questions. During the consultation he examines the skin, muscle, fat, bone and supporting structures of the area, and reviews medical history and the result the client has in mind.

Aesthetic services include Botox and Dysport, which each last roughly three to four months, and a family of Restylane fillers: Restylane Lyft, which lasts about a year, Restylane Kysse, Restylane Eyelight for under-eye hollows (results can last up to 18 months), and Restylane DeFyne and ReFyne. Sculptra is offered as a collagen-stimulating option with results that can last up to two years. Kybella, microneedling, LightStim LED and platelet-rich plasma are also available. The platelet-rich plasma is prepared by the team from a small blood sample and can be paired with microneedling or the hybrid laser.

The light and laser menu includes Forever Young BBL (IPL), typically a series of four to six treatments, along with BBL SkinTyte, BBL SkinSmooth, Halo, Moxi Laser and TRL Lasers. The skin care menu covers HydraFacial MD, a 10% TCA stimulation peel, Transform Peel (which involves five to seven days of downtime) and a glycolic resurfacing line, where the glycolic option is recommended as a series of six sessions for enhanced results. Home care lines carried are James Kace MD Skincare, which Dr. Tower co-founded with medical esthetician Katie Kershaw, Jan Marini Skin Care and Skin Care by ZO. The practice says its home products contain medical grade and prescription level ingredients.

Medical procedures cover eyelid and face malposition and disease, tear drain problems and facial skin cancers and benign growths. IV hydration offers Total Recovery, which combines vitamin C, zinc, B vitamins, CoQ10 and electrolytes and can include pain and nausea medication, Pure Hydration, NAD+ and Glow, which includes glutathione, biotin, niacinamide, vitamin C and zinc. Wellness add-ons are available with Glow.

Plans are shaped individually after a consultation, with surgery, toxin therapy and volumizing injectables combined where they suit the client's goal.
