Jaclyn opened Tousled Salon in West Linn in 2011, bringing together her interest in hair and her interest in running a business. Today it operates as a collective in which each stylist works independently, with their own specialties, schedule and approach.

Because each stylist sets their own hours and services, guests are directed to the individual stylist's page for availability and details. The salon has no front desk, so clients contact the stylist they want directly to book. Prices can also differ between stylists, and current prices are available from each stylist.

The salon is a Davines salon, and Davines products are sold for use at home as well as in the salon. Guests are offered mimosas, tea and seasonal beverages. The salon aims for a fun and welcoming feel, with the main entrance and street parking on the corner of 16th Street and Willamette Falls Drive.

Color work is a major part of the menu, from glosses and root touch-ups to foils, foilyage and balayage, specialty color and color correction. Color correction is priced after a consultation. Existing clients can also get one free bang trim between appointments.
