Before booking, clients can have a consultation to ask about hair type, appointment timing or anything unclear. Hours run Monday through Friday with later evenings on Monday and Thursday through Friday, and the studio is closed on weekends. Clients can text for availability outside business hours or to ask about a squeeze-in.
Deposits are either $30 or 20% of the service, depending on the hairstyle, and they are non-refundable. Arriving more than 15 minutes late adds a $25 fee, and arriving more than 25 minutes late means rebooking for another day. Hair should arrive washed, fully blown out and free of detangling, and guests are not allowed at appointments. Clients who neither show nor call are charged the full price from the card on file.
