Color work begins with a required consultation before any coloring service. All over and customized color is shaped around each client's hair goals and takes about two hours, and highlights, single process color and color correction are also offered. Extensions include several quick weave versions: a bob, an up-and-down style with little to no leave-out, a traditional quick weave with a side or middle part, and a Cassie style with braids on the side. A traditional sew-in takes about three hours and ten minutes. Sew-in maintenance covers shampoo, tightening loosened wefts and styling, but only for sew-ins that Jay installed.

Natural styles include the silk press, a shorter junior version for children ages 6 to 13 who can sit through the appointment and tolerate heat, stitch braids, and a keratin smoothing treatment that the business says reduces frizz and boosts shine for three to five months. Ponytail and curl styling are also available. Clients pay by cash, Zelle or Apple Pay. Appointments need to be rescheduled at least 24 hours ahead. Anyone running late should message before the start time, a $15 late fee applies after 15 minutes, and appointments are cancelled after 30 minutes late. Clients who no-show or don't call lose the ability to book future appointments.
