Hours run Tuesday through Friday from 9:30 am to 1 pm and Saturday from 9:30 am to 7 pm, with Sunday and Monday closed. Service times listed for each style are approximate. Booking requires a non-refundable deposit of 50%, and the remaining balance is paid on arrival by Apple Pay or Zelle. Confirmation emails go out right after booking and reminder texts 24 hours ahead. Text is the preferred way to reach the business, and replies can take 24 to 48 hours.

The menu covers a consultation, men's styles, locs and loc re-twists (re-twists include a wash), loc curls, micro locs, soft locs, knotless braids, feed-in braids, flat iron, sew-in and ponytail styles, and children's styles for ages 7 to 12. A take-down service removes a previous style. Children who are tender-headed are not booked.

Clients are asked to arrive with any previous hairstyle already taken down and hair ready for washing, unless they have booked a take-down. No extra guests are allowed, and major style changes cannot be made once an appointment is booked. If a client stops a service after it has started, the full balance is still due, and no refunds are given. Arriving 15 minutes late carries a $25 late fee, and a delay of more than 20 minutes cancels the service. A no-call, no-show is charged for the full service. One reschedule or transfer is allowed with the existing deposit if requested at least 24 hours ahead. A same-day cancellation is charged 50% of the service and the deposit is not returned. If the business has to reschedule, a $25 discount applies. Clients who are ill are asked to reschedule at least 24 hours before.
