Haircuts are finished with an in-salon styling service, and the salon does not cut or trim hair that has been prepped or blown out at home. A women's cut and shampoo is a precision cut with no styling. The transformation haircut for a big chop includes a shampoo, precision cut and styled finish, and takes about an hour and a half. Men's cuts are done with clippers and or shears, and specialty fades and detailed barbering are not part of that service.

Many braid and twist services with extensions require a $50 non-refundable deposit, sent by Zelle after booking. The deposit is applied to the remaining balance, and an appointment is not confirmed until it arrives.
