Every treatment begins with a skin consultation, which can be done in person in Atlanta or virtually. Booking in person in Atlanta can include a same-day treatment after the consultation. During intake, clients are asked about medications, supplements, allergies, pregnancy or breastfeeding status and recent procedures. Eligibility is decided through the consultation, a review of health and skincare history and a professional assessment, and the provider may modify, postpone or decline a treatment that is not appropriate. Results vary between people, and some concerns call for a series of treatments with ongoing maintenance.

Acne is handled either through a custom in-office treatment paired with at-home care, or through a 2 to 6 month Acne Program. The program includes follow-ups every 2 to 3 weeks, in person or virtually, and a maintenance phase afterward. Acne scars are treated with SkinPen microneedling with optional PRP or PDRN add-ons, alongside peels and lasers. Hyperpigmentation is addressed with chemical peels, PICO laser and microneedling, supported by homecare. Medical-grade homecare products are recommended alongside treatments.

Booking requires a $100 deposit, which is applied toward the cost of the service and is not confirmed until received. Changes made at least 48 hours ahead keep the deposit, while later changes or no-shows forfeit it and require a new deposit. Arrivals up to 15 minutes late are accommodated; later arrivals may have treatment shortened, changed or rescheduled. All treatments are nonrefundable.
