Booking has firm rules. Clients get a 10-minute grace period for running late, a $15 charge applies after that, and an appointment is cancelled with a full charge at 35 minutes late. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and sales are final. Waxing packs are available: three Brazilian waxes for $185, valid 90 days, and five Brazilian waxes for $300, valid 150 days, both with a $40 deposit.
