Services cover body contouring, Brazilian waxing, general waxing, facials, lash appointments and makeup. Waxing is done with both hard wax and soft wax, and clients need hair of at least about a grain of rice in length, with coarser hair around half an inch. Clients who have shaved recently are asked to wait two to three weeks before a waxing appointment.

Every service requires a non-refundable deposit that is credited toward the appointment. A deposit can move once to a new date if the change is made within seven days; otherwise a new deposit is needed. Changes made at least 24 hours ahead avoid fees. Gift certificates are sold, payment plans are offered, and gift card balances can be checked on the website.
