Facials are built around Eminence Organics products. Estheticians tailor each Eminence Organic facial to concerns such as fine lines, redness, hyperpigmentation, acne and dry skin, and a separate teen version is designed for adolescent skin. The Acne Organic Facial includes a salicylic acid peel and extraction and is not suggested for guests with an aspirin allergy or a high-risk pregnancy. Intraceuticals oxygen facials use a hyperbaric method that infuses hyaluronic serums into the skin, and dermaplaning manually removes dead skin cells and fine vellus hair with a blade.

Massage therapists adjust pressure and technique to what each guest prefers. Sports massage begins with an in-depth consultation covering pre- and post-event needs, recovery and rehabilitation. Prenatal massage is recommended for the second and third trimesters. Aromatherapy, hot stones, CBD oil and other enhancements can be added to most massages, though not to prenatal sessions.

Infrared sauna sessions take place in a private wooden booth that holds two guests at a time. The business describes the sauna as a deep detox linked to relaxation and pain relief, and asks guests to drink at least 12 oz of water beforehand. Single sessions are booked on weekdays, with weekend sessions available only as add-ons to massage, facial or spa package visits.

Guests receive a spa robe and slippers, and the relaxation room offers aromatherapy, music and complimentary refreshments. Online booking covers appointments up to eight weeks ahead, while same-day or longer-range bookings go through a phone call. First-time guests provide a credit card to hold an appointment, and guests are encouraged to arrive 15 to 20 minutes early for check-in and consultation.

Treatments are tailored to each guest, with facial protocols and massage pressure adjusted to the concerns and preferences the guest shares.
