Touch of Nique

Touch of Nique takes bookings online for a range of hair styles, grouped into chemical services, natural hair, stitch braids, weaves, and ponytails. The shop is at 606 E 142nd St in Dolton.

Booking requires a $50 deposit toward the style price. That deposit is non-refundable and cannot be transferred. A separate $2 service fee applies and does not go toward the service. The rest of the balance is paid in cash on the day.

Hair needs to be detangled and combed out before the appointment, or the visit will be canceled. Tangled hair that needs detangling adds $30. Clients cancel their own appointments through the confirmation email. Arriving 16 or more minutes late, or not showing up, results in a charge of the full amount. All services are final once the client leaves the shop. Children and extra guests are not allowed in the appointment. Questions can be sent by text to (773) 739-4403.
