The spa is an official EviDenS de Beauté partner and says it is the first US spa to offer EviDenS de Beauté treatments. EviDenS was founded by Charles-Edouard Barthes, and the aestheticians are trained by the brand. The EviDenS menu includes Basic Bespoke, EviDenS Glow and Advanced Bespoke facials. The spa also works with Valmont as an official partner, and its aestheticians are trained by Valmont. The business describes Valmont as a Swiss skincare brand with more than 40 years of expertise.

The Hi-Tech facial lines use a range of devices in a single visit, including LED light therapy, ultrasonic waves, microdermabrasion, microcurrent, high-frequency current and an oxygen spray. The spa describes these facials as having no downtime and no required recovery time. Its guidance is to book treatments about twice a month, to line up with the roughly 28-day skin renewal cycle. For hyperpigmentation and acne, it notes that several sessions may be needed, and that many clients see improvement after about five treatments. Clients are advised to avoid makeup for 24 hours after a treatment so the serums can absorb.

Beyond facials, the menu includes two 60-minute face massages, hot stone and Swedish massages in 30- and 90-minute lengths, a scalp massage add-on, back facials, and waxing and threading with prices that vary by body part. Each tier includes a complimentary monthly facial suited to that tier, member pricing on treatments, and up to 15% off product purchases. Memberships carry a three-month minimum commitment and then continue month to month.

The spa recommends regular treatments spaced to the skin's renewal cycle and sets out a multi-session expectation for hyperpigmentation and acne.
