The spa says its focus is preventive care, early intervention and therapeutic touch for physical and emotional well-being. Its menu runs from massage and body scrubs and wraps through facials, clinical skin treatments, waxing, lash and brow services, manicures and pedicures, and airbrush spray tanning. Massage includes Swedish, deep tissue, sports, prenatal, stone therapy, therapeutic and lymphatic activation sessions, with add-ons such as heat therapy, cryo-therapy and aromatherapy oil. Facials range from a quick express option to a classic facial that is customized for each client, plus a back facial, an acne facial and a facial tailored to men's skin.

Waxing covers the body from the underarm and bikini to the full leg, along with facial areas such as the lip, brows, sideburns and full face. Hard wax is used on sensitive areas like the face, underarms and bikini, and soft wax on larger areas such as arms, legs and back. Before a wax, the spa advises avoiding caffeine or alcohol for at least four hours and avoiding tanning for 24 hours. Afterward, it advises avoiding hot baths, saunas, swimming and exercise for 24 to 48 hours.

Spray tans are applied with an airbrush by a trained professional using South Seas solutions. Bali Bronzer is available as an additive for instant color; it does not contain DHA and usually washes off in the first or second shower.

Booking is available by phone, in person, or online at any hour. Online bookings must be approved, and an appointment is final only once the salon confirms it by email or phone. The front desk may adjust online appointments if the selected services or providers need changes. Clients can only book for themselves, and groups, packages, some services and some providers must be booked by calling the front desk. Guests must be at least 16 years old and need a parent present to receive services, and anyone under 18 needs adult supervision. The spa also sells skincare, body care, nail care and self-care products, and offers gift cards.

The spa focuses on preventive care, early intervention and therapeutic touch aimed at physical and emotional well-being.
