Total Wellness with Erica

Total Wellness with Erica works from Studio 17 at 2925 PGA Boulevard in Palm Beach Gardens. Facials use natural skin care products to cleanse, treat and hydrate the skin. The studio is open Tuesday through Friday from 10 am to 7 pm and Saturday from noon to 3 pm, and it is closed Sunday and Monday. Clients can complete the Client Intake Form through the contact page before a visit, and packages are available on request.

The studio's signature service is the Sculptural Face Lifting Facial, a manual treatment built on the Helena Pahava Manual Face Lift Method. The studio describes the method as a natural approach to facial aging and skin rejuvenation in the USA, and describes the facial lifting massage as a new take on the skincare experience. The facial includes esthetic lymphatic drainage and the HP Signature Facial Massage. It is offered in 90-minute and two-hour versions and is described as noninvasive. The studio recommends a weekly series for six to 10 consecutive weeks, then typical monthly maintenance. Clients who have had Botox should wait four weeks before the facial, and clients who have had filler should wait eight weeks.

Facials are presented as a natural alternative to injectables and fillers. Clients who are receiving injectables are encouraged to add the massage to their routine. Esthetic Lymphatic Drainage is a separate one-hour option that cleanses, tones and hydrates, with products tailored to each client's skin.
