The Zerran blow out is a chemical straightening process for curly hair that the salon describes as organic and free of many harmful chemicals such as formaldehyde; it is best suited to clients who have not used chemical solutions on their hair before and is described as lasting about six months to a year.

Hours are Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with the salon closed on Sunday and Monday. Reschedules and cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and a $50 fee applies to the next appointment if that notice is not given.
