The salon puts the health and condition of each client's hair first and works with holistic, plant-based hair solutions. Stylists have more than 16 years of experience working with every hair texture. A consultation is included at the start of each service appointment, where the stylist talks through goals and suggests products suited to the client's texture and lifestyle. The salon does not use chemicals to reveal curl patterns; it works with the curl, wave or coil the client already has.
The menu covers color, Pintura Highlights, curly cuts, the DevaCut, cut and shape, trims, rod sets, sculpted updos, twist-outs, two-strand twists, wash n go styles, Micro-Locs and hair extension installation. Hair and curl detox, color prep and treatments are offered as add-ons or separate services. Signature curly cuts and color work use a two-step process, with step one done at home and step two in the salon. Curly cuts, including the DevaCut, are not compatible with straightened or straight hair.
Bridal and engagement styling is a large part of the offering. Bridal packages start at $350, bride day-of styling starts at $250, bridal party styling starts at $200 per person, and on-site trials range from $188 to $550. Bridal clients must have a trial within 30 days of the event, usually book up to a year ahead, and pay a non-refundable 50% deposit with a signed agreement. Engagement styling is $188 at the salon or $280 at the client's location. Virtual curl coaching starts at $350, a 12-month Digital Salon of curl tutorials costs $320, and the invite-only Exclusive VIP Membership is also offered. Business coaching, mentorship and classes for future salon owners are available too.
Hair health and condition come first, with clients taught how to maintain healthy hair and which products suit their texture and routine. Methods are holistic and plant-based.
