Bookings are held with a $25 deposit paid at booking, sent by Zelle or Cash App, and the deposit is applied toward the service. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. A cancellation with less notice forfeits the deposit, and a new one is needed to rebook. Arriving more than 10 minutes late incurs a $15 late fee, and appointments are cancelled if a client is more than 15 minutes late. Clients who expect to be late are asked to call or text. Booking means agreeing to these deposit, cancellation and late policies.
According to a customer testimonial on the business's site, the service is professional, friendly and attentive to the client experience.
