Bookings are made online through the salon's booking page, which is organized into eye lash extensions, eye lash lift, hair services and waxing. Gift certificates are available, and the booking page includes a gift certificate balance check. Clients are asked to give 24 hours' notice to cancel an appointment.

Eye lash extensions are applied by a Certified Advanced Cosmetologist. The lash menu runs from classic, which places one extension on each natural lash for a mascara-like look with added length and curl, through hybrid, which blends classic and volume techniques for a darker lash line and more depth, to volume and mega volume, which fan out several fine extensions per natural lash for a fuller result. Full sets take roughly 2 to 3 hours 45 minutes depending on style, and fill-ins are typically booked two to three weeks after a full set, when at least half the extensions remain.

Hair services cover color from root retouches, all-over color and balayage to partial and full highlights, along with men's, women's and combined cut and style appointments, styling for special occasions and bridal, and hand-tied and custom tape-in extensions. Waxing is offered for the chin, lip and brow.
