Service appointments have a few prep requirements. Clip-in appointments need completely dry, product-free hair. Frontal, closure and wig services require dropping off the item one to two days ahead. Closure and frontal touch-ups must be booked within 2 weeks or 1 week of the original appointment. Tape-ins need a consultation before installation, and tape-in reinstalls need the hair brought in one week ahead. Silk press appointments need freshly washed hair, and clients are asked not to add oil before ponytail and quickweave styles.

Shop policies: orders placed by 3pm Eastern are processed that day, and later orders the next business day. Shipping takes 3 to 5 business days after processing. International customers are responsible for customs taxes and duties on delivery. The shop does not accept returns or exchanges, and all sales are final. Customer questions can be sent by email.
