Top Tier Beauty

Top Tier Beauty operates as an online beauty products shop, run by Top Tier Beauty, LLC. The business lists a physical location at 700 S Cockrell Hill Rd in Duncanville, Texas, where local pickup is offered for orders. The business describes itself as black-owned and female-owned.

The range is focused on three areas: eyelashes, lip products and brushes. Eyelashes start at $8.00 and the business notes they can be reused with proper care. Lip liners are $9.00, while lipgloss and liquid lipstick are $10.00 each. Eyelash strips start at $8.00, and brush sets start at $8.00.

Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days, Monday through Friday, 9AM to 5PM. For local pickup, the date and time are listed in the order confirmation email. Customers are asked to inspect their order as soon as it arrives. Returns or exchanges are not accepted more than 48 hours after the carrier marks a package delivered, and the business states there are no exceptions to that window.

The store can be reached by phone at (469) 835-6580.
