The menu is organized into waxing for women, waxing for men, facials, combination appointments, packages, and a bridal package for weddings and special occasions. Women's waxing covers the face, brows, lip, neck, arms, underarms, back, chest, stomach, legs, bikini line, Brazilian, and half or full body sessions. Men's waxing covers the face, back, arms, underarms, chest, stomach, legs, bikini line, full butt, and a Brazilian-style Manzillian, and it is by appointment only.
Facials are chosen to suit each client's skin type. The options range from deep pore cleansing and blackhead extraction to acne-focused treatments, microdermabrasion, hydro-facials, LED therapy, and high frequency. Several combined appointments pair a waxing area with a facial or a brightening service in one visit.
Packages come in sets of three or six sessions for Brazilian waxing, full legs, facials, and high frequency acne control, among others. Each package has its own validity window, from two to six months depending on the service. Packages cannot be refunded, changed, or transferred to another person.
Booking is done by calling the studio. Changes such as canceling, rescheduling, or adding or removing services need at least 24 hours notice, and a single reschedule is allowed. Clients get a 10 minute grace period for late arrival, after which a $15 late fee applies. A missed appointment without 24 hours notice is treated as a no-show and carries a $30 fee, and two no-shows lead to a restriction to walk-in services when available. Completed services are nonrefundable except where the law requires otherwise. Clients who notice a skin reaction are asked to report it promptly, ideally within 24 hours.
Facial treatments are customized to each client's skin type, and the studios aim to keep the experience respectful, professional, and friendly.
