The menu runs from a traditional manicure or pedicure through deluxe versions with sugar scrubs, masks and massage. Spa pedicures add a sea salt or citrus treatment, reflexology, lavender paraffin and a hot stone. Paraffin dips and extra sea salt can be added to most services, and a French tip can be added to a gel manicure. Combined mani and pedi packages are priced together. Children aged 8 and under can book their own manicures, pedicures or polish changes, and children's visits include nail trimming and shaping, cuticle care, a soothing massage and a free design.

Walk-ins are welcome, though appointments are recommended, especially for groups who want to sit together. Bookings and cancellations go through the phone line, and cancellations need 24 hours notice; email cancellations are not accepted. The salon says it accommodates special requests, including for senior clients with fragile skin. Facial waxing is not offered to clients who use Retin A, Acutance or Renor, or who have recently had a glycolic or chemical peel. The salon is not responsible for loss, theft or accidental damage to personal belongings. It is open Monday through Saturday from 9:30 am to 7:00 pm and Sunday from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm.
