Brow and permanent makeup services include powder and ombre brows, permanent brows, eyeliner and lip blushing. The ombre brow technique is a soft, shaded finish that is darker at the tail and lighter at the front. Results from the eyeliner and ombre brow work are listed as lasting one to four years, with a touch-up suggested at four to six weeks, which is paid separately.
Booking runs on deposits that vary by service. Cancelling 48 or more hours ahead returns the full deposit, cancelling 24 to 48 hours ahead returns half, and cancelling under 24 hours or not showing up forfeits it. Payments are taken in person or through online booking, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final. Clients can send questions through a contact form on the website. The studio is open Monday and Friday afternoons, Tuesday mornings and Saturday mornings, and is closed Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday. Refills are timed by how many extensions remain: a refill is scheduled after 23 days when more than half are still in place, and when more than half have grown out the studio removes the set and applies a new one instead. Refills begun at another salon are not accepted.
