Color is offered in four appointment lengths: a Retouch takes about 30 minutes, a Partial about 45 minutes, a Full about an hour, and The Works about an hour and a half. Haircuts and blowouts are grouped by length, from a 30-minute short service up to 1 hour 15 minutes for XL long or thick, dense hair. A smoothing treatment is booked for about 2 hours and extension services for about an hour. Prices vary with the time needed for the look you want, and pricing is shared upfront.

Booking is secured with a credit card on file and a signed cancellation policy. A deposit of 25% of the service amount is taken and deducted from the fee. Policies must be signed at least 48 hours before the appointment, and appointments not confirmed 48 hours ahead are canceled. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full reserved amount. Confirmations come by email, text or phone call through an automated system. Salon services are not refunded, and any concerns about a service should be raised with the salon promptly.
