Service Industries programs include cosmetology, master barbering, nail technician, and nail technician instructor training. Students learn hands-on, working with real tools, equipment, and projects. The Cosmetology/Barbering, Barbering, and Nail Technician programs list the Utah Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing as their program accrediting agency. The campus also runs a hair salon and a nail salon that clients can book online, each with its own phone line.

Admission is open to high school students and adults. High school students can attend tuition-free, and adult tuition is $85 per credit. The college says its tuition is among the lowest in the state, though tuition may change without notice. Nail technician community courses include a 120-hour Basics course at $342.00 and a 90-hour Business and Skills Application course at $256.50; these totals leave out books, materials, and fees, and some courses may require prerequisites or prior approval. Applicants complete an online application, send official high school, GED, or college degree transcripts, and meet with an advisor before starting.

Financial support includes Pell Grants for programs of 600 hours or more, with aid requested through the FAFSA under school code 041915. Scholarships and grants are available to adult certificate-seeking students who are enrolled in a Tooele Tech program, have completed the FAFSA, and have submitted a scholarship application. Sponsoring agencies such as Vocational Rehabilitation and the Department of Workforce Services can provide vouchers for tuition, fees, and books. The college is not authorized to offer student loans.

Career services include résumé help and employer connections for graduates. Students who want to continue their education can look into transfer options. The college also offers Basic Life Support and CPR courses, both in person and online.
