Pedicures range from a basic service to a spa version with a foot massage, a cream mask and scented hot towels. The deluxe pedicure can be done with Voesh, a New York pedicure line, and comes with a choice of 14 scents. An E-Gift can be bought instantly and used throughout the year toward spa manicures, pedicures, hot stone massage, a hydrating treatment or a heated wrap.

Beyond nails, the salon offers individual and volume eyelash extensions, and the salon suggests replacing extensions after one refill. The facial menu includes a mini facial, a deep cleansing facial that uses an acne treatment face mask and a European facial. Waxing covers the face, arms, underarms, bikini, legs, toes and Brazilian areas. A children's menu for kids under 10 includes polish and gel changes, manicures, pedicures and dip powder.

Hygiene is a stated focus. Equipment is sterilized and sanitized before each service, metal tools go through medical-grade sterilizers, and each manicure or pedicure client receives a single-use kit. Clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes early, and late arrivals keep the originally booked time and price. Online booking should be made at least 24 hours ahead, cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and appointments over $150 require a deposit. Credit cards have a $10 minimum and personal checks are not accepted. Pets are not allowed, and children may be in the spa area only during a service; otherwise they wait in the lobby with an adult.
