The menu covers haircuts for adults and for children ages 5 to 12, blowouts, and formal updos. Color options range from single process and double process retouches to partial and full head highlights, face frames, and balayage. Root touch-ups are offered for grey regrowth and are recommended every 4 to 5 weeks. A Platinum Card service combines foiling for lift, a glaze and a haircut over about 260 minutes. Keratin treatments are also offered.

New clients can book a free 20-minute consultation to talk through color or extension goals and set up an appointment. Extension clients are offered tape-in, hand-tied and weft options. Clip-in extensions can be used with a blowout. First-time extension clients either bring their own hair or come in for a pre-consultation so the color can be matched and the hair ordered. Move-ups are scheduled about every 8 weeks for tape-ins and every 8 to 10 weeks for hand-tied and weft.

Payment by any card is accepted. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings between $50 and $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount. Clients who cannot keep an appointment are asked to let the studio know as soon as possible so it can be rescheduled.
