TonicMD Beauty & Medspa describes itself as a brand new med spa and as East Austin's newest boutique for cosmetic injectables and skincare. Maurice Kimiagaree co-founded the business in his East Austin neighborhood, and the focus is non-invasive, medical-grade treatments for the face and lips.

Every service price includes a basic medical evaluation before treatment. Injectable pricing depends on the size of the area treated, and clients receive a personalized quote during consultation. Ultherapy pricing varies by the areas treated and is also discussed at consultation. Discounts and package deals are offered on certain services, so clients are asked to ask staff. Appointments can be booked by phone at (512) 995-3101 or through the online booking page, with cancellations requiring at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations on shorter notice carry a $35 fee for an RN appointment or a $50 fee for a physician appointment. Patients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have a shortened visit or may need to reschedule if there is not enough time for the procedure.

The injectable menu includes several Xeomin options: a full treatment for forehead, eye and frown lines, forehead and glabella treatment between the eyes, treatment around the eyes for crow's feet, and treatment for lip lines. Xeomin is a prescription medicine injected into muscles to improve the look of moderate to severe lines in adults aged 18 to 65 for a short period.

Ultherapy is a non-invasive skin tightening procedure that uses microfocused ultrasound to lift and tighten skin on the neck, chin and brow and to improve lines on the upper chest. A session takes about 30 to 90 minutes depending on the area, and there is no downtime, so normal activities can resume right after treatment. Results build over two to three months and can last up to a year or more. Most patients need one treatment, and annual follow-up treatments may help maintain results. Ultherapy is not a replacement for a surgical facelift.

IV therapy is offered in four blends: ReviveME for hangover recovery and replenishing fluids and nutrients, BoostPRO with Toradol, B12 and Vitamin C, ImmuneShield with zinc, B12, Vitamin C and glutathione, and HydrateReplenish for replenishing electrolytes. Medical professionals administer all IV therapies.
