Toni has more than fifteen years of experience as a hairstylist. The salon describes her as one of the top silk press specialists in Charlotte. Clients describe her as personable, professional, knowledgeable and punctual, and say she is caring, calm, confident and flexible with appointments.

Booking is online only; texts, emails and voicemails are not accepted for appointment requests. Next month's calendar opens on the 15th of the current month at 1pm. A 35% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit secures an appointment, and the remaining balance is paid when the service is finished. A waitlist is available, and people on it are contacted only if the requested opening frees up.

Arrive about 15 minutes early. There is a 15-minute grace period, after which a $15 late fee is added to the service total. Arrivals more than 20 minutes late cannot be accommodated. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice; cancelling later or not showing up is charged the full service price plus card processing fees. Extra guests are not permitted at appointments.

Cash, credit or debit cards and Zelle are accepted. Cash, card and debit payments carry a 3% fee on the service total, while Zelle has no fee. Clients with a declined or invalid card are blocked from booking until the balance is paid, and later appointments require prepayment. Texting is the quickest way to reach the stylist, Tuesday through Friday from 9am to 6pm and Saturday from 9am to 2pm; messages sent outside those hours are answered the next business day.

The studio works without relaxers or weaves and focuses on smooth, shiny, healthy hair and on supporting healthy growth, including for natural and transitioning textures.
