The lash menu covers classic, classic plus, hybrid, volume and mega volume extensions, with full sets and fills at two and three week intervals. Fills have to be booked within a set number of days after the last lash service, which depends on the style. Other lash services include lash lifts, a lash bath cleanse with a soft brush and distilled water, color lashes, and removal of extensions. Brow lamination is offered on its own without shaping, and an add-on tint is available with a lash lift or brow lamination. Gem and jewelry add-ons, such as lead-free Swarovski crystals, 18K gold tooth gems and gold or silver bracelets and anklets, are also on the menu. Teeth whitening is offered in three sessions for clients 18 and older.

Booking requires a non-refundable deposit of 30% for all appointments, and the deposit amount for each service is listed separately. Clients with lashes from another studio need to say so before booking and may need a removal at extra cost. Arriving 15 minutes late is covered by a courtesy grace period, and later arrivals are charged according to how late they are. Cancellations and changes must be made by text or phone, and the charges for late changes rise as the appointment approaches. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

The studio is open Tuesday from 11 AM to 8:30 PM and Saturday from 11 AM to 3 PM, and is closed the rest of the week.
