The menu is broad. Braids and twists include cornrows, flat twists, micro twists, crochet and twist extensions. Color runs from glazes and toners to dimensional color, and the loc section covers maintenance, latching, starter locs, Foxxy and micro locs, and loc removal. Scalp treatments, styling for natural textures and Olaplex and K18 treatments round out the list.

Several services begin with a consultation. First-time color clients book a $30 color consultation, which checks hair integrity and includes a patch test. Extension services, loc removal and Foxxy or micro locs also start with a consultation, and new clients pay a $15 deposit for the smaller consultations. Full loc removal requires a non-refundable $250 deposit at booking and may be split across two days, billed at $500 per 8-hour block. Removal of previously added hair is take-down only, with extra time billed at $25 per 30 minutes.

A credit card must be on file to secure a booking. Clients are asked to give 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made inside that window, and no-shows, are charged 50% of the service price. Buy Now, Pay Later can be used for bookings between $50 and $4,000, subject to approval before the visit. Scalp treatments may be postponed, and a medical evaluation may be required if a client has a current or possible scalp infection, open wounds, intense irritation, or a transmissible condition.

Hours are Tuesday 9:30 AM to 6 PM, Wednesday and Thursday 10 AM to 6 PM, Friday 9 AM to 5 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 3 PM. The studio is closed Sunday and Monday. The booking page shows 81 reviews.
