The menu covers all-over and base or gray color, toning, foil and hand-painted balayage highlights, and lightening services for base retouches, with a WELLAPlex bond protection additive available for lightener. Cuts range from short styles to longer hair, with clipper design lines and beard trims for men. Texture work includes a curl or wave service, a Brazilian Blowout smoothing treatment, and flat or curl iron work quoted during the visit. Blowouts and styling are offered alone or paired with color and cuts.

Ongoing care is built into two packages. ALWAYS SHARP is a three-week, fixed-rate plan for short hair that does not extend past the nape of the neck, with appointments booked 18 to 22 days apart and a payment method on file. ALWAYS BEAUTIFUL is a monthly plan that combines color, glaze, highlights, cuts and styling in any mix, with the next visit booked 28 to 35 days after the last one and a $50 non-refundable deposit at sign-up. Custom packages can also be arranged.

Pricing is the same regardless of gender. Several services are priced by the hour or start at a stated rate, and some, such as corrective color and lift and tone, begin with a consultation. Corrective color may be finished on a later day, and extra costs can apply depending on condition, length and the result wanted. Balayage works best on clean hair that has been washed within the last day. The salon does not give refunds on services or products; it may issue salon credit for up to half of the service or product value. Gift cards are sold through the booking site.
