Lash extensions are the studio's main service, and it states a focus on Asian eyes, monolids, hooded eyes, and lashes that are straight or grow downward. Each set starts with a Thorough Eyeshape Mapping Analysis that assesses eye shape, crease shape, tilt, lid space, eye projection and brow bone height. Available styles are classic or wet, hybrid, volume, wispy, and anime or manhua. Wispy is the studio's specialty, and classic, hybrid and volume sets can be made wispy if requested. Anime and manhua sets have a spiky, subtly bold look that is matched to each client's eyes. A full set takes two to three hours and typically lasts four to six weeks, with fills needed every two to three weeks. Existing clients can book fills at two, three or four weeks. Lash removal is also offered.

The Korean lash lift curls natural lashes from the root, takes about 45 to 60 minutes and results last about six to eight weeks. An optional tint can darken the lashes. The studio uses a TGA-free cysteamine formula with copper peptide and wheat and soy proteins, and offers only the Korean technique rather than a standard lash lift. According to the studio, lashes can be wet the same day.

Brow services include semi-permanent tinting to darken existing brow hairs, semi-permanent lamination that straightens and lifts brow hairs (usually lasting four to eight weeks, which the studio describes as relaxing and pain-free), and waxing for shaping with wax made for delicate facial skin. Brow combinations pair tinting and waxing, lamination and tinting, or all three. Ombre powder brows are a semi-permanent cosmetic tattoo with a soft, shaded powdered look. The studio says they are less invasive than microblading with a shorter healing time, and they can last one to three years depending on skin type and lifestyle.

The Korean facial menu starts with the Signature Glowy Facial, which the salon recommends for first-time clients and tailors to individual skin concerns. The Signature Aqua Glow Facial runs the skin through the AquaPeel machine to cleanse, hydrate and brighten. The Lymphatic Bliss Facial is a Korean lymphatic drainage treatment that pairs acupressure with modern technology. The Signature Korean Aquapeel Facial is also offered. Needling and peel options include the Korean spicule peel, also known as liquid microneedling, which uses natural sea sponge spicules; microneedling with a choice of CBD, salmon DNA or glutathione serum; PRP; PRP microneedling; and Rejuran Healer, a PDRN treatment made with polynucleotides derived from salmon DNA. Some facial treatments require a consultation before booking. Depending on the service, a facial may include deep-pore suction, lift-focused equipment, enzyme treatment, LED light, masks and serums targeted to specific concerns.

Booking is online or by call or text. Every booking needs a card kept on file, and some appointments require a deposit that goes toward the service while others only hold the card. Payment is accepted by card, cash, Venmo and Zelle, and payment plans are available for select services. The studio also sells skincare and lash supplies online and offers private, customized lash courses with mentorship. The Foundations course tuition is $2,000 plus a $500 non-refundable security deposit and includes practice on three live models with different eye shapes, a professional lash kit, training manuals and an Arizona state-recognized certification upon completion. Advanced courses include a two-day wispy and anime course for intermediate artists at $1,700 plus a $500 non-refundable deposit, and a one-day anime course for beginner to intermediate artists at $1,300 plus a $500 non-refundable deposit. Advanced courses include lifelong mentorship and a certificate of completion. The studio says its Foundations course offers the highest standard of training for becoming a certified lash technician.
