To Your Door Spa and Salon is owned and managed by Kathy Peper. Rather than a fixed location, the business travels to clients, serving Portland and the surrounding areas from its Tigard base.

Visits take place in the client's home. Bath in Bed appointments include washing hair and changing sheets, and the soaking tub is a Belava model fitted with a personal plastic liner for each client, which is discarded after the service. The business also cares for clients who can no longer get to a salon, including people booking on behalf of a loved one.

The hair menu covers haircuts, updos for weddings and events, permanent waves, color, highlights and weaving. Nail services include manicures and pedicures, Shellac polish, and work on thick or ingrown nails. Massage therapy is offered as well, and the business has provided grooming for actors at special events and services for family reunions, conferences and girls' night out gatherings.

Services are built around the client's home, so people who can no longer visit a salon, and groups booking an event, can still get care.
