The menu is organized by set type and length. Basic babe and French tip sets and fills come in short, medium/medium long and long lengths. Acrylic overlays are offered in solid colors or with designs, along with overlay fills. Freestyle full sets are also available, and dry gel manicures can include nail art.

Custom nail art is a major part of the menu. Inspo sets and fills run in tiers 1 through 4, including long-length versions, with the tier determining the level of detail and embellishment. Big Art Work sets, Big Art Work Inspo sets and Big Art Work Inspo fills feature detailed or character artwork and also come in long lengths.

Several policies shape how appointments work. A $10 non-refundable deposit secures a booking and goes toward the service cost. The deposit can be moved once if the client gives at least 24 hours' notice by text. Same-day rescheduling forfeits the deposit. Appointments have a 10-minute grace period, a $10 late fee can apply when a late arrival can be accommodated, and clients who no-call, no-show are not allowed to book future appointments. Squeeze-in appointments outside regular hours may be possible for an extra $20 by text request. All services are non-refundable, and any service discrepancy must be reported within 48 hours to be considered for a free fix. The salon does not work over other technicians' work, including soak-offs. Fills are best scheduled every 3 to 4 weeks, with 5 weeks as the maximum; longer gaps may call for a full set.

Payment can be made by cash, Zelle, Apple Pay or card, with a 2.5% processing fee on card payments. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday 10:30 AM to 9 PM, Tuesday and Thursday 9:30 AM to 6 PM, Sunday 9:30 AM to 5 PM, and the salon is closed on Saturdays.
