Extensions are a major part of the work. Four methods are offered: I-tip, K-tip, braidless sew-in and traditional sew-in. K-tip and I-tip installs are paired with maintenance tiers, from an essential shampoo, condition and style visit to luxury and signature visits that add bond maintenance, scalp cleansing and steam treatment. Move-ups adjust I-tip or microlink extensions closer to the scalp and remove shed hair. Removal of K-tip or I-tip extensions is available, and an advanced hair loss solutions service is listed as well. Sew-in hair is virgin hair sourced from two donors, in India and Cambodia. The portfolio shows examples of blonding, K-tip, I-tip, braidless and traditional sew-in, tape-in and fantasy color installs.
Booking is done with a credit card on file, and a deposit is taken for services and deducted at the appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling need at least 48 hours notice to avoid a charge, with a 50% charge applied within 48 hours and a full charge for no-shows. Deposits carry over to the next appointment when rescheduled with 48 hours notice. Clients are asked to download WhatsApp, which the studio uses to communicate about appointments. Card payments are accepted, and in-person Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 or $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final. The studio is open Tuesday through Thursday 10 AM to 6 PM, Friday 10:30 AM to 6 PM and Saturday 10 AM to 1 PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday.
