TM Beauty began in 2022, when founder Tetiana Mysochenko opened a first studio and created the TM Beauty brand. In 2023 the studio marked 1,000 clients and grew its team of specialists. In 2024 it added advanced medical aesthetics, and in 2025 it became TM Beauty Spa with its own location in Lake Zurich.

Most visits start with a complimentary consultation. Facial consultations take about 20 minutes to evaluate skin, and a consultation can be followed by the treatment in the same visit for facials, face massage, microneedling and chemical peels. Treatments take place in private rooms. A dedicated couples suite has two side-by-side tables for couples treatments, with champagne, sparkling water or light refreshments available as an add-on on request. Couples are advised to book one to two weeks ahead, or three to four weeks ahead for Valentine's Day and Mother's Day. Massage clients are advised to avoid heavy meals one to two hours beforehand and to skip alcohol.

The massage menu runs from targeted tension relief, starting at $85 for 30 minutes, to Swedish massage at $130 for 60 minutes, along with deep tissue, hot stone, prenatal, cupping and massage gun therapeutic work, and full body lymphatic drainage. Body slimming uses cavitation, vacuum and radio frequency treatments on the abdomen, legs and buttocks, alongside anti-cellulite massage and wood therapy. The business describes these treatments as non-invasive, with no needles, surgery or downtime, and says most clients see visible results after six to 10 sessions in a series.

Facials use medical-grade product lines from Environ, iS Clinical and SkinCeuticals, with ultrasound, LED, high-frequency and microcurrent equipment.
