TM Beauty is led by Thomasina Moyer, a makeup artist and beauty educator. Her path began with freelance work and cosmetic retail, and she later became a makeup educator at Paul Mitchell in 2015, where she has trained hundreds of beauty students. The business is based at a studio suite at 555 South Atlanta Street in Roswell.

The studio's teaching centers on helping clients define a signature glam look that fits their face, daily routine and lifestyle. A 15-minute Glam Consultation Call gives personalized makeup advice by phone. The Glam Shortcut lesson, priced from $297 to $497 and offered virtually or in person, includes a makeup bag audit, a customized signature look, a preferred product and tool list, and follow-up check-in support.

The shop sells The Glam Shortcut: A Beginner's 911 Makeup Manual and Strip Lash Bootcamp as digital downloads, along with liquid lipstick and lip gloss sets, lip liners in several shades, and TM Beauty gift cards. The brand TM Beauty Cosmetics, the founder's makeup line, launched in 2019.

Booking policies: deposits are non-refundable at the time of booking. Clients have a 10-minute grace period, after which a $25 late fee is added to the balance.
