The menu centers on skin. Device-based treatments are preceded by consultations: a 30-minute in-person discussion of skin conditions, lifestyle and health history, or a 15-minute virtual version starting at $30. Facial options include a custom Signature Facial focused on corrective, preventative and protective care, a one-time New Guest Facial for first-time guests that includes a fuller skin evaluation, and dermaplaning, which removes dead skin cells and fine facial hair. Peels include a chemical peel using clinical acids, the AlphaRet Peel and BioRePeel. Microneedling is offered with SkinPen and with Virtue RF, which pairs fine needle punctures with radio frequency and can be combined with LED light. Subnovii Plasma Pen is a skin remodeling treatment priced after an in-person consultation. Celluma LED sessions use red, blue and infrared light. Brow services are for existing clients only, and lash tinting and quick waxes such as lip and nostril wax round out the menu.

Visits are by appointment only, and walk-ins are not taken. Additional guests are not accommodated at appointments, in line with NC State Board regulations. Children are not permitted in the clinic during skin services and may not be left unattended on the premises. Some treatments are not offered to clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding, so clients should email to confirm eligibility. For a week before and after a service, clients should avoid direct sun, waxing, exfoliation and retinoid use. Hours are Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, with the studio closed Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Payment is accepted by major credit card, cash and Apple Pay; Zelle and Cash App are not accepted. E-gift certificates are available in amounts of $20, $50, $100, $200 or a custom amount, and an emailed invoice lets someone pre-pay for a surprise appointment for another person. A 10-minute grace period applies to late arrivals, and arriving 15 or more minutes late may mean rescheduling and a full no-show charge on a card on file. Services of 15 minutes or less, such as brow wax and lip wax, are rescheduled if the client arrives late. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full service price. Completed services are non-refundable, and products bought within the past 7 days are eligible for a full refund if more than half of their original contents remain.
