The salon uses organic and plant-based products in the salon and sells the same lines for use at home, including Milk Shake and Megix colors and All Nutrient and Paul Mitchell products. Keratin treatments use the Keratherapy formula, which is formaldehyde-free and described as safe on color-treated hair, and the salon says results last about three to four months with proper care, or up to six for some clients.
A visit usually begins with a consultation about your hair history and lifestyle before a cut, or about your goals and styling routine before a keratin treatment. Men's cuts combine clippers and shears and include a relaxing head wash and massage. Every haircut includes a choice of a complimentary blowout or an organic hair mask, and blowouts include a head wash, massage and a complimentary coffee. The salon recommends a haircut about every three months. Prices can change with hair length, thickness and the amount of product needed. Booking is available online through Vagaro or by phone, and walk-ins are welcome based on availability, though appointments are strongly recommended. Hours are Monday 8 am to 4 pm, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8 am to 8 pm, Wednesday and Saturday 8 am to 5 pm, and closed Sunday.
Parking includes a free private lot behind the salon and parallel spots directly in front. Sharon Station, on the MBTA commuter rail, is about 0.3 miles away by walking route.
The salon works with plant-based and organic products and describes its color as formulated for gentler results on the hair. Haircuts and keratin treatments start with a consultation so the service fits each client's hair and routine.
