TLL Hair Design works out of Suite 122 at Phenix Salon Suites in Eagan. The space is shared with other businesses under the same building, so clients come to a suite rather than a full storefront.
Services are grouped into brows, color, cuts, and highlights. Cuts cover short to medium styles and longer hair, each including a shampoo, cut, blow dry and styling. Color options include an all-over single shade from root to ends, with or without a cut, and a root retouch for covering less than two inches of regrowth. The all-over color services do not include bleach or lightening.
Partial and full highlights can be booked with or without a cut, and toner is included in the partial service. Eyebrow waxing uses warm wax to shape brows in a short appointment.
Hours are set by day. The salon is open Monday and Tuesday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm and Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and it is closed Wednesday and Sunday. Payment is taken through Square checkout.
