The studio works from a corrective rather than cosmetic approach. A visit starts with the client's current skin condition being assessed, and facials are tailored to the skin on the day, combining cleansing, exfoliation and extractions where they are warranted. New clients are steered toward the My TLC Facial first, and anyone who has not been treated at the studio starts there before booking dermaplaning or Procell.

The menu covers several kinds of treatment: the Gold Star Dermaplane Facial, which pairs dermaplaning with a chemical peel; Procell microchanneling, offered as a series for skin concerns, body concerns such as scars and stretch marks, and scalp treatments aimed at fuller-looking hair; a Cold Plasma and Plasma Channeling Facial; and a Menopause Consultation that can be booked on its own.

There is no contract or package required up front. How often a client comes in is decided together at the first appointment, and Procell clients can stop at any time. Pricing and availability are listed on the booking page rather than on the website. Products are not sold in the room; the studio recommends home care and may suggest less than a client is currently using.
